You'll be solving big challenges and be working with low-latency, large-scale systems, in a small, fast-paced, collaborative family feel environment! In this role, you will help shape the technical direction and you'll be building tools for a diverse set of problems from server capacity planning and management, service monitoring tooling infrastructure, system inventory and server provisioning. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a leadership role, influencing change and providing solutions across a number of engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both

Review the customer journey, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals

Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables
-
Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings
-
Work with sales and marketing teams to boost client referrals and develop case studies
Experience and Qualifications:
-
Experience in Client Success and/or relevant account management positions
-
Working experience in SaaS is a plus
-
Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills

Enthusiastic and passionate attitude

Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
