Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customer Success Managers in the onboarding and training of dealership clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically analyze existing processes, identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for dealership clients, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.
  • Review the customer journey, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.
  • Streamline communication and collaboration among project team members, including external service providers, to guarantee punctual delivery.
  • Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming client meetings.
  • Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to actively contribute to the creation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, impactful case studies, effective customer retention strategies, and targeted retargeting initiatives.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies to ensure that SOPs are in compliance and contribute to enhanced process performance.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in Client Success in a B2C setting and/or relevant account management positions
  • Working experience in SaaS B2B is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) and/or Monday.com / Slack
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate attitude
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge practically
  • Ability to work in a team environment
